MKTA Technical Seminar 2023

On 6th February 2023, we traveled to Kuala Lumpur to attend MKTA Technical Seminar held at Quill City Mall. GM Lee Byung Hee refreshed us on the core principles of Taekwondo as a martial art. After lunch, we had an awesome training session focusing on high dan movement syllabus.
